Q: How do you determine the price to offer for my house?

Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents list properties and market them to potential buyers. As you know, you pay a commission as a percentage of the sale price when you work with an agent. Often times it’s anywhere from 3% to 7% of the sale price (so on a $100,000 house, your commission costs to an agent are anywhere from $3,000 to $7,000). In addition, the average time to sell a property in many markets right now is 2-4 months. Agents do provide a great service for those who can wait until the property sells, but this scenario requires you to continue making mortgage payments and additional out-of-pocket costs to complete all the repairs needed to market and sell the property. We will buy your house AS IS. No more mortage payments. No out-of-pocket costs for repairs. Q: Am I under any obligation to sell my home when I submit my property information?
